1. Processing Time

  • 1.1 In-stock items typically process within 5-10 business days after order confirmation.
  • 1.2 Custom and made-to-order items may require 4-8 weeks of production time before shipping, as specified on the product page.
  • 1.3 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • 2.3 Furniture Delivery: 10-20 business days for standard furniture items.
  • 2.4 White Glove Delivery: 2-3 weeks for large furniture items requiring assembly (includes in-home delivery, assembly, and packaging removal).

3. Shipping Costs

  • 3.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • 3.2 Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is finalized.

4. International Shipping

  • 4.1 We currently ship in India only.
  • Furnisto allows you to make purchases for your loved ones in India from anywhere in the world by using your credit or debit cards issued in India.
  • You need to ensure that the Shipping Address is in India.

5. Delivery Scheduling

  • 5.1 For large furniture items requiring special handling, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • 5.2 Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled timeframe to receive the order.
  • 5.3 Rescheduling a delivery may incur additional fees.

6. Delivery Inspection

  • 6.1 Please inspect all items at the time of delivery before signing for receipt.
  • 6.2 Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos or reject the delivery.

7. Delivery Restrictions

  • 7.1 Standard delivery includes delivery to the first covered entrance of your address (doorstep, lobby, or garage).
  • 7.2 White Glove Delivery includes room of choice placement, assembly, and packaging removal.
  • 7.3 Additional fees may apply for:
    • Delivery to remote locations
    • Stair carries beyond the first floor (if no elevator is available)
    • Installation in areas with limited access

8. Tracking Your Order

  • 8.1 A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • 8.2 You can track your order status through your account on our website or using the provided tracking link.
  • 8.3 For questions about your delivery, please contact our customer service team with your order number.
